Reiki

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a therapeutic practice that complements modern ways of healing. Originating in Japan during the early 20th century, reiki works by channeling universal life force energy to balance the body's natural energy system. A trained practitioner hovers their hands just above the body to help guide this energy, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. Though it does not replace conventional medical treatments, reiki is often used alongside them to enhance overall well-being physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In addition to in-person sessions, distance reiki is also available, allowing healing energy to be sent across time and space to support individuals wherever they are.
