Individual counseling provides a supportive space to explore life’s challenges, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, therapy can help you better understand yourself and develop healthier ways of coping and healing.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I am currently accepting new clients located in Ohio, Texas, and New York.

I utilize an integrative and trauma-informed approach to counseling that is tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices while also recognizing the importance of emotional, physical, and relational well-being in the healing process.
I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels supportive, collaborative, and empowering. Therapy is about helping you better understand yourself, process experiences, and build the tools needed to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
As an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant, I specialize in working with complex trauma and PTSD. I also incorporate mindfulness, insight-oriented work, and practical coping strategies to support lasting change.

What to Expect
The first few sessions are focused on getting to know you, understanding your goals, and developing a treatment approach that feels comfortable and aligned with your needs.
Sessions are currently offered virtually for clients located in approved states. Therapy appointments, insurance verification, intake paperwork, billing, and scheduling are all managed securely through Headway.
