I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I provide virtual counseling through Headway for clients located in Ohio, Texas, and New York.

I offer EMDR consultation for therapists at all stages of their training and professional development. This includes supporting clinicians in completing EMDR basic training requirements, pursuing EMDRIA certification, and providing consultation for Consultants-in-Training (CITs), as well as ongoing individual and group consultation. My approach is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each clinician’s level of experience, with an emphasis on building confidence and clinical skill.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. My clinical work has focused extensively on complex trauma and PTSD, including experience serving individuals in rural communities.

I am also a reiki master and offer reiki sessions for individuals interested in a holistic approach to healing. I value an integrative perspective that recognizes the connection between emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Across all services, my goal is to provide a supportive and grounded space that fosters meaningful growth and lasting change.
